01Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using PairMuse, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

02Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use PairMuse. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

03Acceptable use

Use the studio for personal styling and wardrobe purposes. Do not misuse the service — no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and no scraping of other people’s data.

04Your content

You keep ownership of the wardrobe pieces, images, and notes you add. You grant PairMuse a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

05Styling guidance is advisory

The Muse offers creative styling suggestions generated by AI. They are recommendations, not professional, financial, or sizing guarantees — use your own judgement before purchasing or relying on them.

06Plans and subscriptions

PairMuse is free to use. A subscription covers one thing: the tokens the AI agents spend on your behalf. Your wardrobe, uploads, storage, search, sharing and messages are free on every plan, including Free.

Paid plans (Pro and Max) renew monthly and are billed in US dollars. There is no free trial. Cancel at any time — cancellation stops future charges and you keep your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which you move to Free. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the same boundary; moving up takes effect immediately and is prorated.

07Termination

You may close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its members.

08Changes and contact

We may update these terms as PairMuse evolves; we will flag material changes. Questions? Write to legal@pairmuse.app.
