PairMuse is a styling studio, not an advertising business. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Muse, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.
01What we collect
Account basics — your name, email, and the credentials or provider you sign in with.
Studio data you create — wardrobe pieces, saved looks, style notes, and the conversations you have with the Muse.
Usage and device signals — the features you reach for, approximate region, and basic device information used to keep the service secure and reliable.
02How we use it
To run the studio: generate styling guidance, organise your wardrobe, and remember your preferences across sessions.
To improve PairMuse — diagnosing issues, measuring what works, and refining the Muse. Where we use studio content to improve our models, we work with de-identified data wherever possible.
03The Muse and your conversations
Your prompts and the pieces you share are processed to produce a response. We do not sell your conversations, and we do not use them to target advertising.
You can clear individual threads at any time from inside the studio.
04Sharing
We share data only with vetted service providers that help us operate (hosting, processing, payments), under contracts that limit them to our instructions — or where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
05Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your studio data, and you can opt out of having your content used to improve our models. Reach us and we will action verified requests promptly.
06Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it. We keep information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
